We're hiring (again!)
We know there are a lot of very talented people out there wishing that they could find part-time, flexible work that uses the skills that they’ve developed over years, but still allows them to follow other interests, look after their children or simply work less. iKontakt is an online PR agency that wants to harness all that talent to offer you a different and more flexible way of working.
We are looking for people with strong experience in any of the following areas: PR, online marketing, account management in an agency setting.
You will be interested in working on a freelance basis, from home to support our work in providing an online marketing solution to our clients.
This may include:
» Researching websites that reach our clients’ target markets
» Developing content for those websites and pitching the content to editors, bloggers and journalists
» Management and curation of social media presences
» Project management of campaigns
You don’t need to have specific online marketing experience but you must have a good working knowledge of the internet and the wealth of information and social opportunity that it offers.

Bad weather is snow problem for iKontakt!
Whilst most of Britain grinds to a halt, the bad weather makes little difference to iKontakt’s ability to keep functioning, and whilst millions of workers across the UK are unable to get to their offices, it’s business as usual for us.
Because our team is predominantly made up of ‘location-independent’ individual experts, travelling to and from a central office is not an issue. Many workers have found themselves suddenly working from home because they are either stranded or don’t want to take the risk of not being able to get home again.
We use the latest technology and communications solutions to ensure that all of our team are connected, enabling us to deliver seamless service excellence to our clients.
